- First you will need to remove the cover and foam from the top
- Remove the spring and rubber bumper
- Drill out the hole with a 3/8 drill bit
- Install the t-nut on the top side by inserting into the hole and tapping with a hammer until seated
- Next install the fender washer, 3 flat washers and the button head bolt and tighten
- Re-install the spring and repeat until all the bumpers have been replaced
