The Muscle Ball

A marriage between our amazing Peg and Ledge Balls! The Muscle ball includes the best of three worlds. A 1 1/4 in Peg received, a 1 1/2 in Hemispherical Ledge while allowing you to match or use it like a 6″ spherical grip. One of these babies coupled with a peg can result in some pretty dynamic pull-up routines or add a nice twist to any upper body route.
