A marriage between our amazing Peg and Ledge Balls! The Muscle Ball includes the best of three worlds: a 1-1/4" Peg receiver, a 1-1/2" Hemispherical Ledge, and the option to use it like a 6″ spherical grip. One of these babies coupled with a peg can result in some pretty dynamic pull-up routines or add a nice twist to any upper body route. Not compatible with our wooden pegs, only compatible with our Poly Pegs (sold separately).
