Slip Stick

Your eyes aren't deceiving you. The bolt really is wider than the 1" body of the Slip Stick. This little grip challenge may not look intimidating, but its narrow profile and slippery texture make it surprisingly tough to hold. Athletes have to work around the shape of the attachment point while trying to maintain control on the slick surface. It's a deceptively difficult grip challenge that will put your overgripping strength to the test.
