Short Cable Single Bar Trainer

This bar has a minimal 10'10" x 5' Footprint and adjusts from 42-3/4 to 90-3/4 in 20cm incr. and 90-3/4 to 98-3/4 in 5cm incr. The adjustability allows for use over a pit and is great for beginner level skills. Not recommended for elite level release moves or giants. Works well with the AAI Universal Spotting Platform. This model is a replacement option for current U-Base models.
