Mountain Bar System

Engineered by Brett Wargo, renowned inventor and Head Coach at Ascend Gymnastics, this system features a specially crafted wooden bar rail securely attached to steel framing, which in turn is anchored to a firm foam base mat. The gentle slope of the top mat adds a crucial curve, perfect for maximizing bar drills and conditioning.

Ideal for athletes of all levels, from beginners honing basic skills to advanced practitioners perfecting Tkatchev drills. The full system comprises three pieces: a 36-inch wooden rail connected to a steel frame, which fits snugly into the bottom mat. Velcro flaps ensure a secure hold, while the sloping top mat features additional Velcro for added stability.
