Space Race is an intermediate course built around momentum, coordination, and dynamic transitions. Athletes move from balance work outside the rig into a series of swinging and rotating challenges that require them to control their momentum while changing direction across the course. The layout keeps athletes moving through different types of transitions, making it a great option for developing timing, body control, and confidence on dynamic obstacles.
