This is a very good nunchuck for training with and good for smaller hands and for long reaches from one obstacle to the next. Had this for a year and a half outside and has held up amazingly.

Your eyes are not deceiving you, the bolt is wider than this 1" chuck. If overgripping is a thing, this little bugger is going to test your ability to do so. With a narrow body and grippy texture, the grip stick is definitly more challenging than it seems.
