The Floor Bar can be used alone or with other Tumbl Trak products. With Velcro on the bottom of its base it will remain stable on a carpeted surface for more active handstand drills. The Floor Bar can be used in many creative ways with the Air Barrel, Bungee Incline and more. To control the handstand, using the Floor Bar is less stressful on athlete's wrists. Using a station where the athlete cannot touch their feet or hips will isolate their core area, so they can learn to control the handstand. Beginning in the fall of 2012, all Floor Bars include two Bar Pads to cover the metal ends.
