Flying Bar with Safety Line

The Flying Bar with Safety Line is built for dynamic flying bar training, helping athletes develop the timing, coordination, and grip strength needed for one of ninja's most exciting disciplines. Available in 4' and 5' lengths, this aluminum bar is designed for repeated releases, catches, and transfers when used with Flying Bar Cradles.

Each aluminum bar features durable rubber end caps secured with athletic tape to help protect the bar and reduce noise during catches. For improved grip, we recommend applying additional athletic tape to the areas where athletes' hands contact the bar. Every Flying Bar includes a 25' safety line and a 3/8" quick link. The safety line helps prevent the bar from falling after missed catches, making training safer and reducing downtime between attempts.
