Intermediate Level

The flying bar is one of the most difficult obstacles out there requiring mastery of body motion and precision to land the bar evenly within each cup. Until now, this was an extremely difficult and expensive obstacle to build for many gyms or home setups. Our cups are designed to easily mount to any flat surface whether it be a 4x4 steel PRX rig style, wooden frame, or steel plate hanging from truss. A bar with rubber coated ends is highly recommended.
