The AAI Quad Bars are a bold upgrade from the popular Multi-Plex System, delivering improved adjustability, enhanced engineering, and long-lasting durability. Designed for coaches who need versatility in their training tools, each bar adjusts from approximately 8 inches to 64 inches high, supporting a wide range of athlete skill levels. The updated outside upright design with a triangle-pattern base increases stability while maintaining an open training space.

Built with laser-cut steel and finished in AAI’s signature navy vein powder coat, this system is made to withstand heavy daily use. Whether you're working on bar skills, conditioning circuits, or strength training, the Quad Bars allow you to train multiple athletes simultaneously while adapting to your gym’s layout.

Available in 6-foot or 8-foot rail lengths, the AAI Quad Bars can be configured as a 2-, 3-, or full 4-bar system depending on your space and coaching needs.
