The Ultimate Limit is a training grip for the extreme! Like the famous “Vertical Limit” obstacle, there is a 1 centimeter lip that tests your finger and grip strength to the limit. It is possible to beat, but where do you go from there?

Our limit trainer takes this a step further by grading the edge down to a half centimeter (.5 cm) and then even further to a quarter centimeter (.25 cm). Each section has three inches (3 in) of finger space with tapered edges allowing you to slowly work your way down to the more difficult sections as each finger becomes acclimated to the current edge ending in a grueling near flat pinch.
