Road Flare

Test balance, footwork, and body control on the Road Flare. Athletes must move across three padded vinyl barrels while they roll beneath their feet, creating an unstable surface that demands precise movement and constant adjustment.

Each barrel measures 58" long and spans between two uprights. The barrels can spin freely for a more unpredictable challenge or be locked in place for a stable starting point as athletes work on their technique.
