Ring Staff

The Ring Staff by 111 Obstacles blends reach, control, and creativity into one versatile handheld challenge. Featuring a 10.5" outer diameter ring with a 9" inner diameter and an extended handle, it allows athletes to use a stable two-hand grip while navigating skyhooks, peg graspers, and other catching or latching obstacles.

The added handle length encourages controlled swings, precise placement, and smooth transitions, making the Ring Staff ideal for dynamic linkups and flowing course design. It can also be hung with a nylon strap (sold separately) to introduce new grip angles and movement patterns.
