Introducing the Peg Ball by Monstro Holds!
We take a standard 6 inch training ball and add our own little twist by allowing you to insert a 1-1/4″ peg into it. Place multiple Peg Balls in a grip route for a unique training experience and dynamic upper body workout. Not compatible with our wooden pegs, only compatible with our Poly Pegs (sold separately).
