Mouse Trap

The Mouse Trap is a timing-based ninja obstacle that challenges athletes to react fast and commit with precision. Designed by BarnBuilt, this unique hold features either a 1.5" or 2" thick cliffhanger ledge that’s hidden behind a hinged, padded flap. To grab on, athletes must first flip the flap open, triggering a split-second window to latch onto the cliff before gravity closes the “trap.”

Mounting is simple with built-in scaffolding clamps that fit standard ninja rig pipe: either 1.25" ID (1.66" OD) or 1.5" ID (1.90" OD). Whether mounted to a cross pipe or J-pipe, the Mouse Trap creates a dynamic, skill-based obstacle that adds a fun jolt of unpredictability to your course.
