Cone grip trainers are great for anyone, beginner to advanced, to build grip strength. The coned shape is versatile for most hand sizes allowing you to move down the cone as your strength increases. We've taken our popular cone design and added an additional taper which no only streamlines the design, but adds jus thtat extra bit of grip surface to avoid putting a finger over the edge.
