Home Ninja System: D-Rings

The Home Ninja System: D-Rings is a simple way to add hanging obstacle training to a home gym. Designed for installation over sheetrock or blue board, the panel mounts directly to at least two wooden ceiling studs using the included power lag fasteners.

Painted white to blend with your ceiling, each panel includes eight 1.5" D-Rings that are securely bolted into pre-installed T-Nuts, providing multiple attachment points for straps and hanging obstacles. Choose from two panel sizes: approximately 20" x 58" or 28" x 58". 

Pair the D-Ring panel with our other Home Ninja Systems to create a complete home ninja gym setup. Obstacles and straps shown are sold separately.
