Dog Bone

Slide, transfer, and keep moving with the Dog Bone. Designed for pipe traversals and transfers, its comfortable handles give athletes a secure grip while the grooved bottom allows the obstacle to slide along a pipe. Use both hands to travel along a single pipe, or use one hand to transfer the Dog Bone between pipes for a more dynamic challenge.

A strap hole at the top adds another way to use the Dog Bone. Hang it from a nylon strap (sold separately) to turn it into a swinging obstacle for additional grip and movement training.
