This semispherical obstacle features an 18mm deep lip along the curved edge, giving athletes just enough space to latch on and hang tight. Whether used solo or as part of a larger grip sequence, this obstacle offers a clean, consistent training tool for athletes at any level. The DEMO Shelf Grab includes a 6ft long 1.25" ID (1.66" OD) pipe and is available in blue only.
