DEMO Backbone Dungeon

The Backbone Dungeon by Brett Sims transforms the technical precision of the Backbone into a sustained endurance challenge, demanding grip strength, accuracy, and efficient movement from start to finish.

Built around a 12.5' long board, the Backbone Dungeon features a continuous series of Backbone pockets that athletes traverse using the included aluminum T-Handles. Each movement requires athletes to securely place a handle into the next pocket before advancing, rewarding smooth technique and deliberate body positioning.

The obstacle mounts directly to your rig using scaffold clamps and can be installed horizontally overhead for a classic traverse or at an angle to create a more dynamic line with changing body positions and increased difficulty. Its extended length makes it ideal as a centerpiece obstacle or a demanding section within longer technical courses.
