Bolt-Down Single Bar Trainer

The Bolt-Down Single Bar Trainer by DGS combines functionality with durability for a versatile training solution. This high-quality Single-Bar Trainer is crafted with scratch-resistant, zinc-plated square tube uprights and a black powder-coated base and supports for durability and resistance to wear.

Key Features:

• Customizable Bar Height: Each upright features an adjustable sleeve, allowing the height of the bars to be customized to adapt to different training needs.
• Safety First: To ensure the bars stay locked in place once the desired height is set, each sleeve features safety collars. The Bolt-Down Single Bar Trainer also features a spin lock and a snap spin lock for added safety and stability which securely holds the rail in place.
• Compatibility: This Single Bar Trainer is compatible with either 6' or 8' rails (sold separately), offering flexibility in your training setup.
• Versatility: Designed for a variety of training exercises, making it a valuable addition to any training regimen. However, please note that it is not intended for Giant Swings.

Bolt-Down Quad Bars

The Bolt-Down Quad Bars are the perfect way to maximize space in your gym. Combining the functionality of multiple Single Bar Trainers, the Bolt-Down Quad Bars are designed to be used to train up to four athletes at once! .

• Durability and Resistance: Just like the Single Bar Trainer, the Quad Bars are designed with scratch-resistant, zinc-plated square tube uprights and a black powder-coated base and supports!
• Adjustable and Secure: Each upright features an adjustable sleeve for customizable bar height and safety collars below each sleeve for secure and stable positioning during use. Both spin locks and snap spin locks are included to securely hold the rails in place.
• Flexible Configuration: Available in a 5ft configuration and compatible with both 6' or 8' rails (sold separately), the Quad Bars offer flexibility and adaptability to suit various training needs.
