How you hang it directly determines how it must be grabbed, making every setup feel different.

Hang the Alien from the horizontal side handles and athletes are forced to grab the vertical center handles, testing pinch strength, wrist control, and body positioning. Flip the setup and hang it from the vertical handles, and the challenge shifts to grabbing the horizontal side handles for a completely different feel.
