The DGS Ninja Aerial Barrels are designed for athletes to hug, squeeze, and maneuver through dynamic movements and transfers. The wooden barrels are padded and wrapped in durable vinyl for a comfortable, secure grip.

Hang them from both ends with the included straps for easy height adjustment and versatile training setups. Smaller diameters provide a more challenging grip, while larger barrels offer more surface area to work with.

Choose from four barrel diameters: 3", 6", 9", or 12". Each barrel includes nylon straps, quick links, and swivels for hanging.
