The Monstro Holds cliff ledges are designed with a dual texture offering a gritty, super grippy side for beginners and since we mold ours direct from solid oak, the other side has less grip with the soft texture of wood for advanced ninjas to continue their strength training. Can be mounted almost anywhere using a 2.5-3in wood screw.
