Uneven Bars A-Z DVD

Tony Retrosis, Uneven Bars A-Z, gives you a plan to develop uneven bar skills past the elements in the level 4 through 6 compulsory routines for optional competition. Tony explains what each element in the compulsory routine is developing for optional competition. He adds to these skills and gives guidelines when to introduce them so the transition to optional competition is natural and easy.
